About the position

As a CNC Technician / Lathe Operator, you will work with the entire process from cam preparation in Fusion 360 / programming, reading technical drawings, planning work, setup, execution, and final inspection.

In this role, you will be an important part of the team and work on technically varied tasks that include both production and development. You will participate in the production process and contribute to ensuring high quality and accuracy, while also being involved in work related to design, prototypes, and product development. You need to be curious, meticulous, and flexible, and enjoy working in a team, as you will collaborate closely with others in your daily work.

Since documentation, drawings, and communication are conducted in Swedish, it is a requirement that you are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

We are looking for someone who:

Has a technical education or equivalent experience in technology, programming, or CNC
Has experience in technical design or product development
Has basic knowledge of CAD and technical tools
Is self-sufficient but enjoys working in a team
Has good problem-solving skills and an eye for detail
